Experience:
David A. Noel, a partner with Link & Rockenbach, was born in Montreal, Canada and has extensive experience in appellate and litigation matters. He started his legal career at a boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida focusing on appeals and complex civil litigation. He honed his ability to persuasively write and to convince judges at the trial level and before Florida District Courts of Appeal. His clients include corporations, insurance companies, and individuals.
After joining Methe & Rockenbach, P.A. in 2010, David continued his appellate practice and focused on the specialized area of insurance coverage, declaratory relief actions, and general tort cases from trial through appeal. He routinely assists in the pre-suit phase of claims to globally resolve matters involving multiple parties and entities, and during litigation and trial to preserve and prevent error.
David joined Link & Rockenbach, PA as a partner. He has continued his successful representation of entities and individuals in resolving both pre-suit and litigated matters in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. He provides detailed written analyses of coverage issues, including interpretation of complex insurance policy language and evaluation of interactions between multiple policies covering the same loss. David zealously represents his clients in trial courts and appellate courts throughout the State of Florida.
